Our Policy

Please call at least 24 hours ahead of time to reschedule or cancel. This provides our waiting list clients an opportunity to take your missed appointment.

A credit card may be required to schedule certain appointments our front desk management will define these appointment types at the time you schedule your appointment. If an appointment is missed without cancelling or rescheduling, you will be charged for the full cost of the appointment.

Due to the nature of our products and services, absolutely no refunds will be granted on products and services.

Any correction must be within 3 days of the initial service.
